Welcome to RiftMeta (riftmeta.gg). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

RiftMeta provides competitive tournament statistics, matchup data, deck analytics, and standings for the Riftbound trading card game. We aggregate publicly available tournament data from the UVS Games API and present it in an analytical format.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abusive purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data at a rate that degrades service for other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RiftMeta may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are owed a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by RiftMeta. Tournament data is sourced from the UVS Games API and remains the property of UVS Games and its licensors. Riftbound card names, images, and game content are the property of their respective owners.

You may share links to RiftMeta pages and reference publicly displayed statistics with attribution.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tournament data. Statistics are derived from publicly available API data and may contain errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiftMeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
